What kinds of projects do you take on?
Business websites, web applications, e-commerce stores, booking and reservation systems, internal business systems and UI/UX design work. If you are unsure whether your idea fits, send it through and we will tell you honestly.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on scope. A focused business website is a much shorter engagement than a multi-role platform with dashboards and integrations. After the discovery stage we give you a timeline based on the actual features agreed.
How is pricing worked out?
We quote per project, based on the features, complexity and time required. You get the scope and price in writing before any development starts, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Do I own the finished product?
Yes. Once the project is fully paid for, the website or system and its content belong to your business.
Can you help with hosting and a domain name?
Yes. We help you register a domain, set up hosting and get everything online under your own accounts, so you stay in control of your infrastructure.
Do you work with businesses outside Malawi?
Yes. We are based in Malawi and work with clients both locally and remotely.
What happens after launch?
We can continue to maintain and improve the product as your business grows — adding features, updating content or adjusting the system as your needs change.
Can you improve a website or system I already have?
Yes. Tell us what exists today and what is not working, and we will advise whether it is better to improve the current setup or rebuild it properly.
