The Project
BlueRide Malawi is a transportation technology platform concept that brings ride-hailing, vehicle rental, courier and delivery services together into a single digital ecosystem.
The Challenge
Transport, rental and delivery services usually operate as disconnected, largely manual operations. Coordinating customers, drivers and trips across those services requires shared infrastructure rather than separate tools.
Our Solution
We designed the platform around three roles — customer, driver and administrator — and mapped the booking lifecycle end to end so each role gets only the screens and actions it needs.
